Abdülhamit Yılmaz

He was born in Erzurum in 1979. In 2003, he graduated from Atatürk University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Traditional Turkish Handcrafts, as the first in the Department of Main Art.

After graduation, he gave a miniature and tile course in Erzurum Province Cultural Tourism Directorate and Yunus Emre Culture and Art Center in Erbaa district of Tokat.

He moved to Istanbul in 2006 and started his master's degree at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University in 2011. He has participated in many exhibitions both in Turkey and abroad and has works in private collections.

He is currently carrying out the works of the illuminated manuscript (ornamentation) and the restoration of the old works in Fatih, Istanbul. He is married and has a child.
